Interlift 2023 - Yaskawa was there again!
The international lift trade fair Interlift took place in Augsburg from 17 to 20 October. Around 19,000 lift experts from over 110 countries and more than 500 exhibitors came to Augsburg to find out about innovations and trends in the industry. With these visitor and exhibitor numbers, the trade fair has once again reached the level of the pre-corona period.
After an absence of 5 years, Yaskawa presented the latest generation of LA lift drives under the motto "The Power to Lift" - not only the current LA500 series was shown, but also the upcoming LA700 models as an exclusive preview. The newly developed devices are powerful, flexible and yet quieter in operation. They also offer an app function for remote programming and monitoring.
Other trade fair topics included sustainable retrofit solutions for existing systems and regenerative drives. The U1000, R1000 and D1000 models allow excess braking energy to be fed back into the grid in different ways.
The MOTOMAN GP series of welding robots also complemented Yaskawa's range of automation solutions for lift manufacturers of all sizes.
The next Interlift will take place for the first time at a new location in Nuremberg in 2025.
