10 kg Payload Collaborative Robot with IP67 Protection and Food Grade Grease
Overview
The MOTOMAN HC10DT IP67 is a human-collaborative robot with a payload of 10 kg. It provides an absolute reach (S/L-Axis center of rotation to R/T-Axis center of rotation) of 1,379 mm and an effective reach (S/L-Axis center of rotation to Point P of) of 1,200 mm.
Specifications like high IP67 (dust/liquid proof) protection rating, food grade grease lubrication in all joints, and a a special drip proof coating allows the robot to be used in certain food related applications.
Direct Teach Buttons close to the robot flange are perfect for easy hand guiding programming, allowing to teach robot paths without involving other input devices. Installation, setup and programming is very easy and intuitive.
Media cables (to supply grippers and tools) are wired inside the robot arm, two versions with Pneumatic (-B10) or Ethernet (-B12) cabling are available - in many cases, an externally mounted dress pack is not required.
Operator’s safety is assured by a Power/Force Sensor Limiting technology that stops the robot in case of contact with an operator. The MOTOMAN HC10 robots can operate without additional protective measures like a safety fence, depending on the risk assessment.
