Case 2 - 50 kg payload
Overview
This press-brake system with the MOTOMAN industrial robot MOTOMAN MH50 (current type: MOTOMAN GP50) with 50 kg handling capacity is ideal for a mixed production with both small and larger parts in the same robot cell.
Incoming workpieces are picked up from a pallet or sheet magazine. Finished products can be placed on a pallet on the floor, or on a roller conveyor.
MOTOMAN standard press-brake systems include orientation table, regrip station, media supply and manual tool changer. The safety fencing can be modified to suit the size of the workpiece.
